The other day I trained at SIFY.The group comprised
of senior Chartered accountants many of whom had
twenty years experience in the banking sector. My
role was to train them in interview ettiquette especially
with a client in the US.It also involved communication
skills both verbal and non-verbal.
After the session was over, many of them came over
and had an informal chat. They wanted to know where
