built in need analysis, milestones, and reviews.
We
believe that teacher education and master training programmes
should incorporate recent research findings and should
be culture and context specific. We model in our training
what we expect the teachers and trainers to practice
in their classrooms. We are also committed to integrating
ICT and thinking skills into the teaching-learning process.
Teachers'
success stories and best practices should be showcased
and celebrated. Every year we host panel discussions
where success stories are shared.
